Comedy Country presents Ali Hassan: Does this Taste Funny? At The Regent, Saturday 18 October at 7:30pm. The show opens with The County Roundup: Lenny Epstein, Gavin North, and Julianne and Paul Snepsts with your local satirical newsdesk–a hilarious look back at the year in County headlines.

Department of Illumination’s Firelight Lantern Festival hosts lantern making workshops all weekend. Saturday and Sunday October 18 and 19 from 10am-5pm. $15 per lantern. Lower level of the Picton Armoury. Come one come all! The festival is November 7 and 8 at the Crystal Palace.

Alice Teichert’s solo exhibition Confluence continues at Oeno Gallery through 9 November.

Graveyard and Gallows Walking Tours resume October 16-23 at Macaulay House graveyard, and across to the Courthouse gallows.

The Picton Town Hall Farmers Market continues Sundays 9-2 at 2 Ross Street, Picton. The final market is October 26, and hosts a pumpkin carving contest.
