The John M. Parrott Gallery in Belleville opens Drawings and Paintings by Hew Elcock Saturday 17 January with a reception from 2:30-3:30pm. Works on display through February 12. The Gallery is on the third floor of the Belleville Public Library, 254 Pinnacle Street.

Oeno Gallery presents Making Luck: Methods and Materials. Opens with a reception Saturday 17 January 2-4pm and runs through March 22. The exhibition celebrates a distinctive group of fine contemporary artists who work in an extraordinary range of media. Featuring Mark Bartkiw, Shireen Kamran, Ciba Karisik, Chung-Im Kim, Yvonne Lammerich, Claude Millette, Rod Mireau, Ivo Stoyanov, and exciting new works from Lucy Maki and featured local artist Claudia McCabe.

Wild Lot proudly presents Friday’s Child, performing live at the farm as part of its annual Soup for a Cause fundraiser to support the Picton United Church Food Bank. Tickets $15. Enjoy an intimate ticketed event in a restored century old dairy barn. Saturday, January 17th from 5-7pm. You are encouraged to arrive early and enjoy some snacks, dinner, and drinks to accompany the performance.
