A Path Forward exhibit at Macaulay Museum features Angela Wiggins. Saturday 16 May - 10 June. Angela Wiggins is a contemporary Anishinaabe visual artist working between symbolic tradition and contemporary abstraction to explore Indigenous continuity, intergenerational memory, and the politics of visibility.

Quinte Field Naturalists Annual Plant Sale. Saturday 16 May 8 - noon, St. Joseph Catholic Church Parking Lot in Belleville (Corner of Victoria and Herchimer Avenues). Wide variety of plants: perennials, annuals, native plants, ornamentals, winter hardy cacti, vegetables, garden art and tools. A master gardener will be available for consultation. Every penny raised helps us to plant native trees, shrubs and flowers in Belleville parks and the surrounding Quinte region. To date we have planted over 500 trees, 770 shrubs and 3100 flowers to make a real difference for nature and the people of Belleville.
